Seriously, to spend this much time on a patent they already issued is at best, the picture of inefficiency.
The onus should be on the ones that call for a reexam, not the patent owners or the patent office. They should have to have a specific reason to call for a reexam imo, and they should have to make that case, otherwise, it should stand based on the original findings of the patent office...otherwise what's the point of the patent office?
