All patents are not created equally.

Should EDIG's patents be upheld or strengthened upon reexam this spring, and should DM then name Apple, among others, as having infringed to the tune of hundreds of millions, if not billions (recall Apple was about a $20 stock when this all started), then the Flash-R patent portfolio would be viewed as being significant and then valued appropriately.

Given the opposite outcome, all bets are off.
