Judging by smans post 1638616; a response dated 1-19-12 from Durant to PTO, and planktons observations on the 1-19 USPTO response wrapper which he says may be overlaping within the time-frames. It appears to me your PDD may still be in play, if the criteria in smans post is encompassed in that 1-20-12 response.
