you are probably correct; however, folks recall way back to Spring March2011 web shareholder conference call and you will remember that "nunchi" was just one of 4 patent apps that they had filed at that time and talked about...as of 9/1/11 it was 7 patent apps filed, and as of Nov 10 11, we are still "adding to our IP".....i think that assuming that all patent apps only relate to nunchi may be an incorrect assumption.
