Our Little Tragedy

I agree with B-Lunist - enough already. Very little really said here other than a political banter. As with our attitudes about investing (buy, sell, hold), no commentary here is going to change anyone`s opinion. Let`s just agree that it is a tragedy, and let it go at that....

As FL-Barrister points out, we`ve got our own little tragedy going on here. Closed under 10 cents....and I simply don`t understand. I figure that most remaining EDIG shareholders are in tune with what`s going on, or have a friend/relative (that turned them on to EDIG) that keeps them reasonably ``aware``.

Short term, things look real good to me. Yeah, the recent digE customer announcements haven`t been too exciting (though MyTravel could be good for 2-3,000 units, but I`m not sure if it has been ``officially`` announced by Wencor). So they`re letting out word about the ``little guys`` pre-WAEA - but that`s probably the only way the little guys can get a notice - at WAEA time, thay won`t get that. Even after the last announcment, Brent still says ``several more`` coming down the pike, presumeably at WAEA. These IMO will be the bigger airlines, which WILL get noticed in the excitement of WAEA. By bigger I mean more than two planes! (though you gotta give Max a break - they`re just entering the skies). Just my logic going on here....

Then there`s AMTRAK. Now, I really don`t think they`ll announce as part of WAEA (not airborne!), but it is somewhat of a ``fit`` just from the ``traveling en masse entertainment`` standpoint (as on planes). In any case, one would think that an order for units should be coming pretty soon, so they can have the units available as an enticement for ``ground-bound`` holiday travelers (and I`ve read a lot of bashing on other boards of train travelers; hey, there are a lot, amazing numbers post 9/11, of people who just don`t want to fly. And now gas prices may have a positive effect). I figure a conservative estimate for AMTRAK is 5,000 units.

So, noting the above, what is the problem? EDIG`s longevity? When HASN`T that been a concern? EDIG`s longevity with Wencor? IMO that concern is just a lot of smoke.

Bottom line, since there are ``several more`` announcements known to be coming, now in the next two weeks, why would anybody sell NOW? Just defies my little logic! BTW, ``several`` to me means more than 3 and less than ten; so I`m expecting 4.

IF WAEA turns out to be a bust (just several two-plane start-ups), THAT would be the time to sell. But selling now is like folding before the flop while in the big blind - costs you virtually nothing to wait and see, so why not?

And based on the above and the PPS today, I obviously KNOW nuttin`!
