Here's my take...

The reexams were filed in 4th qtr 2010.

Nunchi was "presented" Mar 14th 2011 on the CC.

Nunchi demos given to prospective partners per company statements at the Sept 1st SHM, plus a demo/video/narrated by Nunally, then all particpated in Q&A re: Nunchi activity by the company.

How is that back burner?

I saw Fred Dec 13th, we discussed Nunchi, basically all the stuff already discussed at the SHM, the patent filing process, the importance of the reexams to EDIG's future DM activity etc. Nothing new, just went over the Sept 1st stuff again.

Nunchi is alive...
