IMO, yep & yep. Stupid management made poor deals and sold their souls to guarantee long term disaster, but short term ``feel good``.... GM, Ford, not far behind if they don`t fix the problem created decades ago.
Note: Detroit is one of the most dangerous and nastiest places to see and travel through in the US. An absolute armpit. Wonder why?
