I think we can have confidence due to the fact that DM took the case on a contingency basis after evaluating the patents/prior art, etc. It's not as if we are going blind into this reexam process.

Of course that guarantees us nothing, as we have seen, having suffered at the hands of an uniformed judicial whim, so maybe, just maybe, we will get some justice via this reexam process.

13% get overturned, so the odds seem to favor a positive conclusion, but I am prepared for anything...lol.
