IMO

otherwise we are on our own.

It is just us and the uspto office...we are required to send a copy of our 12/20 filing to HTC....it will be interesting to see what effect that has....our info to the tech world pretty much real time.

IMO, i expect to see another settlement or two before the reexam results...just makes sense to me...
