DM and the patents are our best hope for great success IMO. I would think that it will be DM who will issue some news that will exite us.

It has been quiet for to long. Is DM waiting for the PTO review to be over before they sue others? If that is their plan then that is what we have to live with.

I wish someone (knowlegeable in patent law) would confirm that a letter of notice of patent infringement sets up the start date for collecting from an infringer. If this is true, I have another qestion.

How many companies have gotten letters from DM?
