We should all have learned by now, only official company communications are used to inform the public of events, be they positive or negative, and if something is a material event, an 8-K is filed.

It's real simple as I stated earlier, EDIG must respond by Dec 20 to the 774 issue, and the 737 office action separately. After this happens, the response will be public on the USPTO site, and it will get posted here by plankton for sure!

In the mean time, the company will not comment.

After a final decision by the USPTO, we can expect a PR & 8-K.

Per the Nov company statement, they expect a decision within 6 months.

I hope donuts will be served.
