It's pretty simple IMO...if the 774 re: claims 1-5, 18 & 19 are re-validated, even if a concession or slight re-wording is made here and there, ditto claim 5 for 737, DM files round III, with the "strength" of reaffirmed patents.

If major concessions are required, that's an entirely different issue and not good for us.
