Dr Nunally's services began 2006, DM started doing their DD in 2007, filed the TX 7 in Mar 2008, then CO 19 in Nov 2009, we have 19 licenses (paid for & a couple of royalty agreements), have crossed licensed with a few, persuing re-exam requests for re-validation, DM still on board (via contingency no less) and said to file round III after we are done with the USPTO, assuming successful, all for no reason?

Oh, and BTW, in Nov Fred stated we obtained another license agreement without litigation.
