Second, I also own both and at least PTSC has a deal with TPL and could profit should one of the Big Guys want the patents.

Today, EDIG has Wencor as their only sugar daddy. The jury is out on that relationship going forward into 2006 and beyond.

Both companies need to sell something to some entity of substance, IMO.
