I think they just decided to grant the new options and will forget about the prior options granted in 2010, based on their stellar performance and creating the lowest share price in a decade.

Makes me sick to think the only thing they think about is lining their pockets at the expense of the shareholders. Options like salary increased should be based on performance and in our case, the share price.

I sent Fred an e-mail about these new options and my disgust over the entire situation.

I suggested they withdraw the options, ask Renee to resign or tell me what she contributes towards the success of the company.
