Is this similar to what happened with 774--where we got a negative non-final ruling(which we have been led to believe is SOP) but then have a chance to meet the examiner face to face to rebut his theories? Does anyone know, will only 774 be discussed at the December meeting or will they both? Of only 774, then hopefully there will be another meeting set up for 737 in the near future. Unless, of course, we get what we want on 737 with this initial non-final action. I hope you are right Plankton that things are speeding up, but it seems to me that we are still looking at six months +- as per Fred.
