On the contrary E.Digital wants infringers to sell as much product as possible.... The more they sell, the more they infringe, the more they infringe, the more $$$ is due to the infringed party (E.Digital).
If E.Digital had competing products in the market, then its a different story. But E.Digital is not currently selling Voice Recorders.
