IMVHO the Report is ok with the ruling that we got from MK in Denver (it is what it is) , what I liked is mentioning that one manufacturer paid for a license fee without a law suit and Fred saying that we might have a profitable 3rd QTR , if this is true then the settlement is in excess of $1m or close to it, let us say $1M DM cut $400K that leaves $600k to Edig minus $405k QTRLY expense (135K a month times 3) plus what ever we got from the final patch in Denver that settled in the 3rd QTR and voila we have a profitable QTR.

The above is the Good .

the bad is we have to wait now for six to 1 year until we get the validation of our patents.

the Ugly I hope we will never experience.
