Ric, the point I was trying to make is that I was very disappointed that the rev was so low.Atter all we had 3-4 settlements in the Qtr and we only had $1,000,000 of revenue

Me must hae settled for peanuts compare to the Tx 10 which averaged over $1,000,000 a settlement

I gald to see the cash in the bank but was expecting double that amount of cash in the bank I was not trying to be negative just trying to express my disappointment
