I wouldn't count it as signiificant until we know the value of the settlement.

The first thing that stands out in the 10Q is the 6 months revenue. If the results indicate 10 settlements and the revenue was approx. 3 million dollars then the average was 300k, a dismal amount and substantially less than the original Texas group.

I would like to see which defendants settled by the end of June, which represents about 2 million and which settled from July to the end of September, the amount being approx. 1 million.
