Not me, as this is simply an application, and in a quick Google search, this has been around for nearly 2 years. I bumped into it at an IHUB board on another stock, that is in this networking space but from a safety prospective.

Fred emailed someone (forgot who) saying something like....unlike an app or widget, NUNCHI is a platform. There are several apps out there and I have inquired with one company if it was patented or patent pending, and the answer is no.
