You offer no comments that everyone here does not get or has not pondered over time.
What has it accomplished other than to spread discontent in the face of a dwindling share price?
If I were to say I agree with you 100%, so what and who cares?
From my comments do you think I am completely satisfied with management's performance?
Do you think I am happy with the share price?
Either start an effort to unseat current management or sit back and watch, but pounding management when the FlashR is in DM's hands and Nunchi is in Nunally's hands serves investors poorly. And be careful what you wish for as new management is no guarantee of great things for shareholders without the Flash-R getting back on track.
My guess is that Fred is not happy with the current condition of the company and has more reason to want to right this ship as anyone. He has created a bare bones infrastructure while awaiting the court's ruling. This fiscal year will likely be profitable.
This is not to be a defense for Fred but rather an investor looking to see the prospects for this investment to improve. Hammering Fred when the company is tied up in court does little good, if any.
The focus should be on monetization of the Flash-R and the Nunchi technologies with a keen awareness that this is a fledging company on the brink of success and/or failure.
I think if we better understood Nunchi we would be a much better group of investors and this forum would continue to be a source and wealth of EDIG information. That is a point that management should take to heart.
More information on Nunchi is what investors should be clammoring for, not the $185K or their pathway to November 3rd, 2011.
All investment is forward looking.
