Okay, I think it is time to really find out what is going on, asssuming that is possible.

1. I think it is safe to assume '774 is on hold until the Re-Exam decesion is made. What really bugs me about that is, wasn't the Re-Ex requested by 2 defendants who have since settled? The RB's (Rat B'st'rds). Thank you Sman..., et al for all of the timing research/input.

2. Therefore, if edig is going to continue to exist during the interim it up to Nunnally and Nunchi, which leads me to the following questions:

2a: Are PN and that other fellow actually paid edig employees? What is the deal here?

2b: Have the Nunchi Patents supposedly applied for, actually been assigned to edig?

3. If so, FF says part of the plan is to get the word out. What word? approximately 26 '774 settlements all received very low level/limited/meaningless PR, which has done nothing for the PPS. I can understand the argument that FF's hands are tied in this regard by DM. But the question remains "why"? I think they are just embarrased by the ridiculously low settlements With Prejudice.

4. OK, accepting that for now, why no word on what Nunchi really is. Properly handled the "Patent Pending" period, 18-24 mo's is a very valuable time. In essence you say publically whatever you have that is of value without revealing what has been actually applied for in the patent(s). Flashback was a prime example. I can accept that maybe edig cannot reveal "partners", but why the Nunchi secrecy. He'l, maybe if word was out it might attrack new partners. I just don't know, but I do know edig has to come out of the box, if they really have anything other than '774.

5. This is a terrible thing to say, but I fear FF's $185K salarey is merely to insure his silence and cooperation with whatever is going on. He'l, I'll probably be banned for that thought. We'll see.
