Unfortunately as I see it, they have no choice.

When you have DM with no monthly out of pocket at the helm, you do as they say. EDIG has been basically "put on hold" since June 28th.

The words "on advice of counsel we have decided"...I hear this often when I visit and throw a topic out there.
