I could have this wrong and someone please correct me if so, but I thought that the plaintiff had 30 days from the meeting with the patent office in which to produce a letter suming up their position in regards to the patent meeting. Since the patent meeting has been postponed for 30 days, is this just not thereby extending the time that the letter is due?
