You folks remember Sandisk's BOD's rejecting a $26 bid from Samsung to buy them just prior to the 9-17-08 SHM, as "under valued" even though the bid was a 35% premium?

SNDK is trading today above $52.60

IMO, this will be a big win for us, providing the patents are upheld.
