imo, what explains the apparent inconsistency of SH statements, no 737 ruling, while still officially requesting it from Col ct....was that all defendants had been settled in principal, numbers etc, while not quite yet being all documented...for instance even the oct filing for dxg, stated that they had settled "in principal" in SEPTEMBER.
