Three things come to mind.

1. Since the party that requested the re exam in our case has already settled, will there be no one at the re exam to argue against Edig's position? Just us trying to reaffirm and clarify with the patent examiner?

2. Do these meetings have a stenographer, much like a court reporter?

3. Even if we win,IF someone on the other side wants to drag this thing out and spend more money on legal fees, this process could take quite a long time.
