If we are indeed finished with the CO-19 defendants and EDIG/DM is now facing a "clean slate", it seems appropriate now for management to provide clear guidance as to where we’re headed next with respect to IP monetization. The perfect opportunity would be to give such an update along with the 10Q due by 11/15/11. I can think of no reason (DM is no longer in any current negotiations) why they could not provide shareholders with a current plan. For example, it could be as simple as:

"We expect to file round 3 enforcement actions pending the results of current patent re-examination requests expected to be complete sometime in 2012." (Note that they could even use "expect" twice in a single sentence)

or:

"DM is considering options and possible targets in preparation for a third round of patent enforcement actions to be filed when ready next year."

It doesn’t seem like too much to ask for some sense of when and whether they might be filing round 3... to say nothing of an update regarding Nunchi. Has ANY progress been made on that front? Will they even mention it before the end of the year?
