sman....that is the typical orders ending all cases.
I'll retract that, because, there are differences, Summit was initiated with a joint motion to dismiss.....where, for the other two ordered "without prejudice" they were initiated with notice to dismiss.
I still feel there's an agreement conditioned for the "without prejudice" resolution.
