doni, I think Wolverine Data and Ikegami Electronics were the only defendants dismissed without prejudice...and the only defendants we have a royalty bearing license with. That can't be a coincidence. IMO, if either company fails to honor their agreement, EDIG/DM would want to re-file against them. Without prejudice allows that.

Sorry if this has already been discussed.....or is painfully obvious. LOL

P.S. Leica Camera was "voluntarily terminated" by EDIG and I am convinced, paid no money. They probably proved to EDIG they didn't infringe.
