I'm done

I will, however, make my last comment on the matter as it concerns 774...

For claim 19 ....."recording medium" is specialized analog memory and "flash memory" is digital memory not having an analog to digital conversion consideration.

For claim 1...."flash memory" is digital memory that has an analog to digital conversion consideration.

With that, defendants wanted the "flash memory" consideration squashed..they wanted the focus to be on the "recording medium" only..however, it didn't happen.

Both claim 1 and 19 are in play as far as the court is concerned for "flash memory" and both data types.....digitally "while engaging the CODEC,DSP(as applicable)" and analog "not RAM or any other memory system"

One needs to look for the Novelty in the patent and get beyond commonplace thinking...otherwise there is no reason for e.Digital to even exist.
