GIL...FWIW....and not to be disrespectful..
My bet....upon the final orders to settle.....there will be no ruling on 737...and it will be an agreeable issue.
The plaintiff does not need it to settle FlashR
IMO...the friction you seem to feel there is between the court and the plaintiff is not as ardent as you feel.
Yes there was commentary of the plaintiff that it was displeased with how the judge ruled, however, I do not see it as you do.....I just see it as a statement of opinion.
Based on the limited information we have ....IMO, this case is going to be over shortly.
DXG's position is very telling for the end of this case.
