There is one company that settled specific patent issues including FlashR can you name it. = Samsung.

The door is still open to pursue them....depending on what patent issues were negotiated along side of FlashR.

That is all I can determine from the PR...I have no questions of it other than that.....this settlement was a US strore front only.
