I was just submitting this post....
proprietary display...
too confining...
However, if they have the ability to utilize standard display with unique bit stream to the display without a compliance issue....an expansion card would be all that`s necessary with all the features of the DigE onboard the card.
Sell the card to the general public...Plug into any laptop interface...load content at any card compliant kosic.
The only issue would be format of the laptop harddrive....and I feel that could be automated for a duel partition from the card. If a laptop owner feels this to be too invasive...the expansion card could have on board storage...such as Cornice....configuring with associated security matching the DigE....the buyer would pay for that option. Or again... the owner could supply an additional hard drive and dedicate it to the card.
``EDIG would need to design and produce devices using Cornice.``
For my above scenario...
Would there be a specialized physical proprietary issue with regard to the hard drive in order to garner the security encryption of the DigE?.... Not allowing typical hard drive to be utilized
Or a simple format for the presence of MOS on a typical drive...with no special hardware?
MOS has security at format...
