EDIG has even sent out a PR before Pacer is posted here, meaning as soon as DM advises of a settlement to Fred, he does not need for Pacer to report it before he puts out a PR. The court action is all DM needs.

I still think no PR on this one, as it should have happened Tues...JMO.
