Considering the IP involvement of APS ...that would make for a very strange arrangement between APS and e.Digital.
APS with ideas in hand venture into a joint development with e.Digital for the PCB/IC work....where upon final manufacturing e.Digital has all say....with intermittent orders.
APS steps back...to avoid liability to the OEM....where in they give up right to their IP ?
The work is farmed out...however, IMO...this process as you explain would make e.Digital the OEM....?
