August 25, 2005 - ROCKWELL Collins’ Airshow 4200 moving-map system has been awarded technical offerability status on the Boeing 737, 747, 767 and 777. The approval clears the way for deliveries of Airshow 4200-equipped aircraft, which will begin in October.

Introduced 12 months ago, Airshow 4200 delivers 3D moving-map and other information to the overhead or in-seat IFE screens. Information offered to passengers can include satellite-delivered real-time news, connecting-gate information, and points-of-interest media libraries.
