Good point! The way I see it, you have a large company who wants to control a product that they really don`t ``own`` (shell only) who is attempting to maximize there profits on the product. Then you have another very small company, who created the technology and the product, who actually turned it into thier very first solid revenue producer, and who wants to protect their interests. Fairness and profit are good things. Greed is not a good thing!
