As I read the above, who filed for the re-exam? As I see it, Patterson Sheridan, LLP is requesting a the filing date and they CC'd that request to Vaughn W. North, esq. ?

Time to review the re-exam filings of exactly who filed for the re-exam. .....but not today...perhaps someone else might be up to it?
