e.Digitals 8K responce to the ruling, seemingly, had NO issues relating directly to the judges ruling, not that I can read into anyway...They do, however, have a problem with the judge not giving any consideration to their proposed construction.

IMVHO, there is nothing, IMVHO dis-positive in the ruling...that said, I do realize that in the context of the joint motion....there is a sense of dis-positive consideration within e.Digitals verbiage, however, I do not see it that way.

For those that attended the SHM, you heard things said straight out, and now you are coming to understand things differently. This is the same thing as I understand with regard to a "sense of dis-positive consideration within e.Digitals verbiage"....I'm not seeing it.....????
