and straight out ask Fred, proposed issues aside, if their is a concern with what the judge directly ruled on?
For the two part ruling that she gave , the only issue that I see, where there might be a concern, is the manner that item #1 is detailed to.
[1]The phrase “received processed sound electrical signals” refers to the electrical signals that have been generated by the microphone and passed through the amplifier and gain control circuits, but have yet to be converted by the CODEC.
I see that as a processed issue ....be it analog or digital....prior to saving to the memory.
The court has attempted to separate the issues by then designating a "DSP/CODEC(as applicable)" condition[digital], and "not Ram or any other memory system" condition[analog].
IMO....“received processed sound electrical signals” is a combined consideration for....."DSP/CODEC(as applicable)" condition[digital], and "not Ram or any other memory system" condition[analog].
Similar conclusion, however, by indiffenrt considerations , IMO, for the field of use only....ruling on the balance of the published pulls those two issues togetehre under on issue.....that being 737.
