``The acquisition of APS will allow Wencor to market APS`s existing portable Video On Demand player known as the DigEplayer™ and give APS additional engineering resources to accelerate the development of additional models built around the VOD entertainment market.`` said Brent Wood, Wencor`s Chief Executive Officer. ``This acquisition is in line with Wencor`s strategy of increasing revenue through acquiring other companies and products both within the United States and across the world.

``This acquisition will improve APS`s ability to sell its products using Wencor`s world wide marketing strength. Wencor regularly sells products to 48 of the 50 largest airlines in the world and many other smaller airlines. In addition to being the number one provider of VOD portable entertainment product in the world, APS also has other airline industry products that Wencor will now market. APS video products will also fit into Wencor`s further penetration into the regional and business jet market place.
