Agree the date of filing and associated SHM same day is a good assumption to your comment. I would hope, this trademark filing is simply a coincidence occurring on day of SHM. One would think the previous patent due diligence, market viability, business plan?, and PN webcast months ago allowed for a 'check the box' on list of Corporate 101 (no duh) items to be cared for on a new application and market. I'm a tad freaked out with the thought mgmt was reminded by a shareholder or other at meeting on remembering to file!! "I thought you did", No, " I thought you did,". LOL
