Fred told us he, Woody & Pat were going to the USPTO when they are ready and sit down with the examiner. I take it the attorney(s) will be with them?

He did not mention any details, other than it looks like it will take over a year, and we are coming up on a year end of 2011. Someone posted Oct/Nov for the filings...oh ya, plankton.
