"in this economy"

There is no economy....I'm now learning that I have 3 more close neighbors...of affluence....on the run.

They are so upside down on their homes....they are bowing out.

Funny how you perceive things to be fine, and wham....you find out they're in short sale mode.

If I were up side down to the degrees they are, I'd bow out under these circumstances.

What a shame

Of all that is happening, it sure would be nice to just see a glimmer of something positive in the news.
