Yes, Panasonic settled and we had a PR on the same day the Markman was published, with that, they settled prior to the Markman.

Lecia, whatever its fate, was determined at some point...either prior to The Markman, or within the interim of the joint motion in response to the Markman ruling.

Somewhere it disappeared, where it had a form of connection to Panasonic. If we can gain a Panasonic pacer...either the joint motion or the final ruling...we can eliminate that mysterious issue.
