Do not have PR's.

Was there a Pacer between # 13 Panasonic and #15 Canon to identify # 14?

Management replied to a few emails and I was told during a visit, #14 did not want to be identified in a PR. Certainly there should be a Pacer. or can that be withheld at request of defendants?
