Ronran commented on this in one of his very informative posts. We need to wait for the actions in CO to be fully and completely resolved before we file anything new. Any filings in another jurisdiction would simply be transferred to CO if there are still actions open there. On the other hand, as soon as we get CO concluded we need to file in the juridiction of our choosing to prevent an infringer from filing for a declaratory judgement in CO and tying us once again to Judge K. By concluding CO and then quickly filing where we want the cases to be we "get out of town." Great to see you on the forum - seems like it has been a while. What woodworking projects do you have going now?
