I've been on the road (and in the air) for a few days and have missed a lot of interesting developments, which I'm still reading and digesting, but one point comes through to me clearly: even after the judge's ludicrous and hurtful ruling (which as Stain points out should be overturned), we are settling. We have income and many more potential settlements on the horizon. So we may not have an immediate bonanza, skyrocket pps appreciation, but maybe we have established ourselves as a "going—and growing—concern," no not worth $7 per share yet, but certainly worth way more than .04.

Yes, like many others, I was bummed out after the lack of substantive news from the SHM, but I've taken a deep breath, readjusted my attitude, and am looking forward to the next chapter in EDIG's fascinating story. Come on Fred, start telling that story! GLTA.
